At Wigglow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your wig under the following conditions:
Return Conditions

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return or exchange your product.

Product Condition: Wigs must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. All accessories and tags must also be included.

Non-Eligible Products: Customized, sale, or opened items cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
Return Process

Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at the following email address: wigglowservice@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions: After approving your request, we will send you instructions for returning your product, including the address to send the item.

Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days.
